Why is the compound in the bottom row unstable in a dilluted H2SO4 solution? What makes it different that the other four compounds in the top row?

It is an acetal, the others are ethers.
Acetals hydrolyse in aqueous acid.
Development Chemists do it on Scale, Research Chemists just do it!
