How do i convert 10mls of oxygen gas to moles?

pv=nrt?

Yes correct or shorter 1 mol ~ 22,4 l

not sure on what units to use in each case though..
10ml of oxygen gas to moles

Pv=nrt
101325 X 1.0X10^-5 = n X 8.314 X 299.15
=4.0739677moles?

The formula is correct but you have some problem with the mathematics.

it is 0.4 mmol

yes your formula is  right and you have used P in pascal ,T in kelvin and R in J/mol.K
You did error in coverting mL to L  and T should be 273.15K

You can use any one of these methods also
22.4 L = 1mole
 10mL or 0.01 L will have how many moles?

or
PV=nRT
P =1atm
V= 0.01L
R=0.0821 L. atm/mol.K
n=PV/RT
