Well O-acetylsalicylic acid is Aspirin, which has well known anti-inflammatory properties, as does salicylic acid itself.
So this is the copper salt of salicylic acid.
But a copper salt I would expect to be toxic due to the copper. Such heavy metals are not employed in pharmaceuticals.
So whatever you do don't ingest this.

I am not a medical doctor, but I did find the conclusion of this abstract of this study interesting:  Copper-salicylate gel applied to the forearm was no better than placebo gel as pain relief for patients with osteoarthritis of the hip or knee, but produced significantly more skin rashes.

I would try PubMed searches and see what else comes up.  I obtained 141 hits, and I found one where a product called Theraflex was evaluated.

thanks for the answers
i did not intended to ingest it
only to use for external use of the skin.
I've read countless studies that compare it to cortisone in use as unti-inflammatory agent, with the same effect
can somebody  tell me where can i find it, or how can i purify some at home?

Do not put it on your skin. As you found out it produces skin rashes.
Copper is absorbed through the skin. There is can cause accumulation in the body.
Do not use it.

Get some Voltaren gel over the counter. It's an anti-inflammatory used here in Europe.
Have a look here: http://www.voltaren.com/index.jsp.

I've decided to lock this topic.  Its gone far enough with self-medication advice.  I won't say its gone too far.  But its gone far enough and it won't have to go further.
