Good Afternoon,
I am looking for some information on neutralizing Naphthenic base oils and Self Emulsifying Esters.  I am working on a formulation that requires that Self Emulsifying Esters be neutralized before coming in contact with water.  So i would like to either neutralize the self emulsifying esters or neutralize the base oil I am going to put the SEE's into.
If anyone can help it will be much appreciated.
