I think poly(pentafluorostyrene) can be dissolved in DMF.

But when i put it in DMF, the solution was foggy.

Try stirring and warming it up a bit.
The "fogginess" may be due to stabiliser in the polymer being insoluble.
Try filtering the foggy solution, see what you get.
Development Chemists do it on Scale, Research Chemists just do it!
