I'm having significant trouble with my reaction.

I am reacting L-carnosine with phenothiazine-10-carbonyl chloride, but am having significant trouble with this reaction.

L-carnosine is soluble in water, not even DMSO! But phenothiazine-10-carbonyl chloride is more non-polar, and is soluble in DCM, but not water. I'm having trouble finding a solvent that will dissolve both to allow them to react.

help please
