Im not sure if this is the right place for this kind of question but i run out of any kind of ideas .This is one of my fishing bait project , Is any chance to help and tell me what i need to ad to a dough mix of: eggs ,sodium  caseinate, calcium caseinate,acid casein ,rennet casein,whey protein concentrate ,semolina and soy flower  to stop my 18mm dough balls absorbing any water after boiling

Are you saying while doing the boiling step you are losing casein to the boiling water?

the only deference between the links and what im trying to do is my dough balls are design to float the problem is  after like 1 hour they start swell with water ,i need to do something to stop that happening by adding some natural  sealer or some  substance to stop or delay the solubility of the casein and caseinate if that is the problem

Would the natural sealer block the chemical signals from the other items in your recipe?
That would make your bait not interesting to the fish.

I am thinking that you could coat your dough balls with vegetable oil,
or
Watco Butcher Block Oil (said to be food safe)
or
maybe deep fry them (but not sure if they will sink)

Will fish oil do?

Would shellac do?

all of the oils etc. I am mentioning to coat with are relatively hydrophobic so as to prevent water from entering (at least for a while).

Not sure how the fish would like them though
