Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone has any info on the stability of propylene carbonate at various pH's.  From what I can gather searching online it is stable under acidic conditions, and the EPA has some data on the hydrolysis half life at pH 7 and 9.

pH 7, 17C = 61.3 days
pH 7, 35C = 8.97 days
pH 9, 5C = 6.32 days
pH 9, 17C = 1.03 days

Would it be reasonable to assume it hydrolyzes very rapidly at a pH ~12?
