The first and third results in my Google search, which I linked to above, contained the information you need.

The first one is wiki, the reference article that i cant find the free version. :-\
this is my final year project, so i must find it out prove my data right~
and the pka of pyroglutamic acid do not show in the sigma MSDS.... :(

yes.. so i need the pka with the reference, and i find many hand book.
and none of book have the pKa of pyroglutamaic acid ??? ???

Sorry.  But this is silly.  If wikipedia isn't a useful reference for you, how is a forum posting acceptable?  Will your bibliography or footnote list: personal communication, The Cheimestrie Geeks forums, user: Pee-Kay-Hay God ?  That's not a good reference either.  You will simply have to search the library for a decent source, or buy one.

If you're having so much trouble finding this value, why not just measure it yourself?
