NASA polynomial for
« on: April 16, 2013, 09:22:36 AM »
For a 4th year kinetics subject we have been asked to use NASA polynomials to find the Gibbs free energy of formation of a number of oxygen species. The question mentions that:

"No NASA polynomials appear to be available for oxygen singlet sigma, but if you find them and include them in the calculations, you will gain 5 bonus points"

I don't know where to begin to look for this so I was wondering if anyone here had any idea.

You could search for
"Third Millennium Ideal Gas and Condensed Phase"
and so on, by Burcat et al.
The Nasa polynomials are given for many substances, no idea if your oxygen is in it.
