I have the design specs for a cross flow cooling tower and would like to know how if the calculation of the tower characteristic (KaV/L) is done in the same manner as the counter flow cooling tower (Chebyshev method). Then,
How does one properly divide up the cooling tower unit volumes in preparation for calculating exit temperatures from the cooling tower?
What's the best method for carrying out the calculation of exit temperatures from each cell?
