How can I calculate what mass of ISO-Butane vapour can be absorbed by 1kg of ammonia vapour for both gasses at the same temperature?

Gases are miscible, so the fact you have 1 kg of ammonia vapor doesn't matter much. What matters are parameters like volume and pressure (are they constant? changing?), which you have not listed.
