Tautomers are organic compounds that readily interconvert by migration of a hydrogen atom. They are called tautomers since they interconvert so rapidly so that they are considered to be the same compound. (wikipedia)
In chair cyclohexane, there are axial and equatorial substituents. They can ring flip, the substituent can go from axial to equatorial, and vice versa. For example, axial bromocyclohexane can ring flip into equatorial bromocyclohexane. Thus, can't these compounds be could tautomers?
If they are not, then what can they be called?
