Cured?

Yes, cured.
I need ( at least) a solvent that makes the glue soft and I can remove it in a mechanical way( by hands).
(Of course, if there is any solvent that removes an epoxy glue , it would be great.)

Briefly, there isn't.  Epoxy resins are very reactive when not cured, and densely cross-linked polymers when cured.  You can Google for some more confirmation.  You don't need a chemist, not to probe what is, unfortunately, pretty impossible.

Have you tested finger nail polish remover (acetone)?

100% remove do no one of it. But solvents like acetone, butanone, dimethylacetamide, N-(M)ethylpyrrolidone will at least attack the resin and weaken it. So it is possible to remove by mechanical force.

I have seen it used for superglue so I thought you might give it a test.
