Chemical change in color of juice under the sun

Why do flavored juice changes it color, when ever it get heat under the sun?
What is responsible for the change in color of a flavored juice or drink?
what chemical can be used to stop the change in colors?

Could you provide some examples of which juices change colours (natural, concentrate etc.) and how they change colour, i.e. darken, lighten, complete colour change, is it is an open or closed container?

Usually sunlight changes chemicals by the interraction of coloured organic molecules with UV radiation.
