i know that an HI can break a Πbond of a double bond in an electrophilic addition reaction of alekens ,but what is the name of this reaction in which the I- broke a {σ bond} between a carbon and an O in this ring ?

I am not aware of a name for this reaction (like a Finkelstein reaction, for example).  It is just the conversion of an ether into an iodoalkane, as far as I know.

Its the cleavage of an ether by strong acids. Only HBr and HI can do this trick.

Iodotrimethylsilane can also do an analogous reaction.
