Can you try to write the ingredients as a chemical reaction, and see what the possible products are, or maybe why there wouldn't be a reaction.
Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.

well i guess it shud be like
Na2CO3 + Co2 + H20 ----> 2NaHCO3

but im not sure....

@yasas.w
I am rewriting your formula using the feature of this forum that allow subscripts and superscripts and special characters like arrows.
Also be careful with capital and small letters your Carbon dioxide looked like Cobalt according to the way you typed it.

Na2CO3 + CO2 + H2O :rarrow: 2NaHCO3

By the way there are WIKI articles that may be of interest for this question
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodium_bicarbonate
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodium_carbonate

As a side note

I searched thru yahoo answers too but I couldn't get a satisfactory answer but I was able to ask from one of my chemistry teachers. He said that there is an equilibrium this way.
Na2CO3 + CO2 + H2::equil:: 2NaHCO3

Did you read this paragraph
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodium_bicarbonate#Production

Also from the WIKI

Sodium carbonate
Solubility in water
71 g/L (0 °C)
215 g/L (20 °C)
455 g/L (100 °C)[1]

Sodium bicarbonate
Solubility in water
69 g/L (0 °C)[2]
96 g/L (20 °C)[3]
236 g/L (100 °C)[2]

Do you think that might influence the reversibility of the reaction
Let us assume room temperature

By the way good job at using the subscript and arrows

Oh thank you  ;D

Well I guess because of the solubility of Na2CO3 in room temperature, for sure it has a considerable effect on the forward reaction.

Na2CO3 + CO2 + H2::equil:: 2NaHCO3

Details will depend on the initial concentration of carbonate, CO2 pressure and temperature, but the reaction as written is exactly what will be responsible for any effects visible.
