In class we labeled 6 test tubes with pHs of 2,4,6,8,10,12. Afterwards we placed about 1 mL of the appropriate pH buffer in each labeled test tube. Then we added different drops of juices into the test tubes like cabbage, orange and grape juice.
Explain the purpose of adding 1 mL of appropriate pH buffer into each labeled test tubes?I'm not sure but Is it because the different types of juices added would react differently?
