Enzyme Catalyzes Reaction Mechanism

Hi

I have been trying to find out the mechanism of an enzyme catalyzed reaction. It has two substrates and is inhibited by one of the substrates at higher concentrations. By looking at primary plots it seems to have Compulsory-Order Ternary Complex Mechanism. It is enough or do I need product inhibition studied as well to confirm it?

I am not a professional enzyme kineticist, but based upon my interactions with people who know a great deal more than I do, I would think that inhibition studies are needed.  But your results with high concentration of a substrate are interesting.  Can you say any more about that?
