Practical work....and uncertainties??

i did iodine clock practical
and the aim is
'to determine the activation energy for the reduction of peroxodisulphide by iodide ions'

and i have to write 'UNCERTAINTIES' in the data collection section..
what kind of thing do i have to write in here??

Random and/or systematic errors.

Any measurement you take will have an error associated with it (ie some degree of uncertainty).

and also things that you cant possibly measure, just as a metre ruler cannot measure beyond 0.1 cm.
