Hello,

I'm by no means a chemist, simply a guy looking for a solution.  I'm in the process of creating a type of all natural cleaner.  One of the ingredients is white distilled vinegar.  The de-greasing power of the vinegar is the required need.  The problem is the odor.

Can anyone recommend a natural replacement?  The intended use of the cleaner will include white clothing; therefore a replacement can't have any dying capabilities.

Or if there's a way to mask the vinegar odor, I'd be interested to hear about any options.

Again, looking to make this 100% natural and to be dispensed via a spray bottle.

For some stuff we are doing, we are going to try citric acid as a replacement for acetic acid.

Seems to me your application may not need to be so rigorous as to need pure citric acid
maybe lemon juice could work
