Mixing chemical solution - problem please help

Hi everyone, looking for some help please. I am a bit confused when it comes to mixing chemicals in solution so please be kind!

I am trying to work out whether I can remove a solid chemical salt from a solution without it majorly disrupting the action of the solution (- the solution contains a total of 4 solid chemcial salts, 3 chemical fluids and tap water).

I know that obviously if I remove the chemical it is going to have an effect on the chemistry of the solution, so should I be re-adjusting the amount of the other components and /or the water content to ensure that the final concentrations or total molarities are the same?  And if so what is the best way to go about calculating this for a complex solution?

Or would you suggest simply removing the solid chemical salt from the solution without making adjustments to anything else?

It is impossible to answer this question without more information. What are the components of the solution? What is the "action of the solution" that you don't want to disrupt? How do you propose to take the solid salt out of the solution? (and - riding a hobby-horse - do you really think that tap water is not a "chemical fluid"?)
