I'm confused as to how I should work this out?
If partial pressure = Henry's constant x concentration, I can work out the partial pressure of B from the partial pressure of A and then how would I work out the concentration?

You don't know the partial pressure of A. You are given the partial pressure of B. Plot p
B
vs. x
B
and determine the slope. Careful with units - you are plotting against mole fraction, not concentration.
