Job description

- Communicate short and long term plans and goals with staff.
- Supports technical and business team in the US and evaluates internal and external opportunities to improve productivity and growth.
- Act as the key resource for staff members to achieve all plans and goals.
- Responsible for productivity improvements after tracking equipment/people deficiencies.
- Works as the interface in between Lab, technical support and the production facilities (9 production lines).
- Oversees two small production plants.
- Directs maintenance and leads continuous improvement projects in production.
- Ensure required training is carried out and in line with Operations needs.
- Approves and understands reviews and issues technical literature


Who we are looking for

- College Degree (Scientific/Engineering) preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of operational supervisory experience.
- Good general chemistry background experience; general knowledge of analytical chemistry and instrumentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self starter and ability to manage projects.
- Beyond English, fluency in Spanish much preferred, desire to travel and ability to interact with different cultures
- Curious mind, ability to question status quo and demonstrated results in innovation
