How can i know if after a certain chemical reaction, an molecule will have free electrons?
What is needed to a molecule to have free electrons after an chemical reactions?

I don't recognize the term "free electrons". Perhaps you can give us an example of what kind of reactions you mean?

Are you talking about lone pairs/radicals on a lewis structure?
