I have one more doubt regarding the entropy equation and I hope you will sort it out for me.
My book states that the equation can also be written as
[itex]ΔS = ΔH/T [/itex]
Is this correct?

Which it is during a constant pressure process. This is basically how you derive the ΔG = ΔH - TΔS equation. Now you know where the Gibbs energy comes from, neon.
