At CrystalMaker Software, we try to make programs that appeal to a broad range of chemists and materials scientists.  As it is the International Year of Crystallography, we have decided to make one of our products, CrystalViewer, available for free. 

CrystalViewer allows you to manipulate high-quality, 3-D models of crystals and molecules.  It comes pre-loaded with a set of well known organic compounds, minerals and advanced materials as well as being compatible with any new structures created with CrystalMaker. 

We think that it would be ideal for anyone wanting to learn about or teach molecular geometry and crystallography.  We always welcome feedback and suggestions, either through our website or the forum.
