Gas Law Problems

at standard Temperature, a gas has a volume of 275 mL. the temperature is then increased to 130 degrees Celsius, and the pressure is held constant. what is the new volume

is this Charles law. I did some work but I think it is wrong I have 275ml/273 = x/403k answer=2.49 is that right?

Seems reasonable, though there are several definitions of standard. Looks a bit like a calculator error though?
