I would go with the simplest solution. Cover it with grease. If that doesn't help, you can remove the grease and then return the fan.

Thanks for you advice.but
The grease has a strong odor and will do a lot of mess.
The fan is in my bedroom.
By the way,What is the idea behind this action?
The grease will function as a barrier to the gasses?

It's a 7 right?  It's it's 7, then there is a much higher risk of it having BPA and BPS than other plastics.  If you care about your sex life, then you should probably avoid using that fan...

Yes,it was 7(recycle code number"others")
I have,already returned the fan.
I believe that our senses warning us when something wrong and that bad smell can't be good.

I repeat "Smell does not necessarily mean toxic".
There are many toxic compounds that do not smell.
Development Chemists do it on Scale, Research Chemists just do it!
