What research has been done on the Si-Si triple bond?

I found out recently that scientists were able to form a Silicon-Silicon triple bond in the laboratory, but I can't find anything about this research.

Can anybody point me to any documents about it, or at least elaberate a little more about what research was conducted.

Anything helps.  :)
