redox between iron(ll) sulphate and sodium hydroxide
« on: September 09, 2014, 02:25:07 AM »
Guys I know OH- is a stronger reducing agent than Fe2+ however idk whether sulphate can act as a oxidizing agent...
If not,is that mean sodium will be the oxidizing agent?

You seem to be confused about something. There is no redox reaction between iron(ll) sulphate and sodium hydroxide.
