I have to do an acid hydrolysis procedure to breakdown the coated-fat samples.
When doing steam bath the solution containing pyrogallol, ether, petroleum ether and fat to evaporate ether and petroleum ether, would pyrogallol sublimate or still dissolve in the solution, after 40 min?
It will be greatly appreciated if anyone knows.
