Hi guys,
does anyone have any experience using software like autodockVina or something like that? I would like to dock a molecule into a protein but never done that.
Could I do it at home with average computer or do I need some super-high-end mashine?
And do you  know any good online tutorials/video guides/references etc? I found some on youtube but more people knows more right?
