You mean liqiud, or solved indicator?

0.2 pH unit change is too small for the color change to take place - ie it will take place, but could be extremally difficult to spot.

According to Merck catalog:

Bromocresol green 3.8 yellow - 5.4 blue
2,5-Dinitrophenol 4.0 colourless - 5.8 yellow
