Lead - Magnetic or Unmagnetic Material ?

Greetings!

I have a qns regarding Lead (Pb). I've used some Lead shots to experiment whether they are magnetic materials. I took as much as a handgrab of Lead Shots, and go near a magnet.

The magnet will only be able to attract about 8% of all the other Lead shots.. Why is that so? I learnt in physics that Lead is an unmagnetised material, but why some can be attracted ?

I also notice that those that can be attracted are lighter grey in color, as compared to those not able to attract.

Do you have any idea what was purity of the lead?

not sure...
i just took the Lead Shots without looking at the labels

is it because of impurities of magnetic materials that causes it?

I am not saying that's it - but it can be a factor.
