Electron Withdrawing or Donating Group Substituted Benzenes

Does anyone know if a cyclohexanol attached to a benzene is a electron withdrawing or donating group?

How do you know if a group is ED or EW?

I got it.  The attached cyclohexanol is an electron donating group because of the alkane group attached to the alcohol and benzene...http://www.chem.ucalgary.ca/courses/350/Carey5th/Ch12/ch12-8b.html
