determine concentrations of pyruvate and a-ketoglutarate in solutions A,B and C in mM by means of a standard curve

Data:

(A)  A390= 0.344, A431=0.430,A390/A431=0.800
(B)  A390= 0.563, A431= 915, A390/A431 =0.615
(C) A390= 0.476, A431= 0.645, A390/A431= 0.738

Welcome, GAWIE13: to the Chemical Forums.  According to the Forum Rules{click}, we want to see your attempt.

You can start by actually plotting your date, instead of just listing it.  There are many ways to determine a standard curve, your class notes or pre-lab may have given you an overview.
