Call for Paper

University professors, researchers, lecturers, students, industrial practitioner, policy makers, member of professional organization as well as other interested observer in corresponding fields are welcomed to submit their papers in the enclosed topics but not limited to:

• Physical Chemistry

Accepted papers should be presented in the event and will be published in Procedia Chemistry, Elsevier (Indexed in Sciencedirect). The guideline and template of paper are available at our website http://situs.opi.lipi.go.id/isac2015

Important Date
Call for paper started (2nd Circular) : 18 March 2015
Full paper submission deadline : 28 June 2015
Notification of acceptance : 31 July 2015
Eary bird payment : 14 August 2015
Normal payment : 29 September 2015
Seminar event : 5-7 October 2015

Registration & Payment
All registration and paper submission should be done online through the web. Registration fee covers seminar materials, coffee breaks, lunch, attending all technical sessions and publication opportunity in Procedia of Chemistry, Elsevier.  For foreign participants, shuttle transportation (round-trip) from airport to the hotel in Bandung is provided for free. Please inform us in advance regarding your arrival and departure schedule for pick up arrangement.

A. Registration fees for paper presenter participant (oral/ poster)

• Lecturer, researcher and other professional: USD 301 (normal) or USD 281 (early bird)
• Students: USD 251 (normal) or USD 231 (early bird)

Each additional paper: USD 151


B. Registration fees for non-paper presenter (observer)

• Lecturer, researcher and other professional: USD 201 (normal) or USD 181 (early bird)
• Students: USD 151 (normal) or USD 131 (early bird)

Notes:
* Normal Registration: August 14, 2015 - September 29, 2015
**Early Bird Registration: before August 14, 2015
***Student should attach their scanned student ID Card for registration

The number of participant is limited to 120 persons.
Aside from above fee, additional fee is also charged to those who wish to request proceeding and join tour (tour for international participant only),
