Hi, I know absolutely nothing about chemistry.    I am wondering if anybody could lead me in the right direction for something.

I am trying to bleach coffee grounds, unused coffee grounds, white.

They will not be used for making coffee, so it doesnt have to be ingestible.

I looked at what they do for flour, not sure if that would work, and if it would, no websites explain how to literally bleach flour.

Why don't yo try to mix coffee grounds with bleach and see if it works? Somehow I doubt, but chemistry is an experimental science.
