Can't find the infomation anywhere was wondering if anyone knew the PH of Hypochlorite or OCl-

pH is not a property of a substance, it is property of a solution. Then, not all solutions of a given substance are equal - pH depends on the concentration. So your question as asked is impossible to answer.
