Should one be able to go to the FAQ page and find links to all the rules on the entire forum?

Where is the rule posted not to do cross posts? I know that many will be tempted to cross post thinking that each forum has separate members. How do you let other people know what is posted in one place may be of interest to others that do not routinely answer questions in that forum. For instance I routinely look at all post below the inorganic forum. This is because it is hard for me to keep up with all of the posts. I do not know how some of you can keep up with it all.

I don't want to be the one that has to teach netiquette. A link in the forum rules already exist for the education of the newbs.
