I'm doing a viscosity problem and the answer according to book and my calculations was 5.72 x 10^-7 kg m^-1 s^-1 which was made to be 5.72uP. Wouldn't this be 0.572uP? I can't tell if this is a book mistake or I am missing something with my units

The Poise is a cgs unit. Often used as cP=0.01P=1mPa*s.
0.572 would be in ยต
Pa*s
