Upload a user profile picture from my computer?

Hello dear all!

I tried to upload some picture for my user profile, and apparently the picture must come from a website. I'd prefer to upload from my hard disk drive. Is there a means?

If he does not maybe a work around might be

I wonder if you can post your picture to

    Chemical Forums >
    General Forums >
    Generic Discussion >
    Member Gallery

and then use that URL
