I 've just simulated crude oil hydrotreating unit using HBED reactor. On the other hand, I have a problem with the stream that come out from the HBED (i.e. the stream with negative composition for instance H2S is -0.01166)
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

This may seem stupid, but... What is the pressure drop in the reactor? Maybe adding a pump/ compressor before the reactor?

Need more info about the preassure lines/ flows ... But I would dare to say you've got a pressure problem there.
