We titrate Stearic acid by NaOH, but monoglyceride, diglyceride also react with NaOH in the same way. So, how can we use titration method to determine both the Stearic acid, and (monoglyeride, diglyceride) concentration in a product.
pls, help us.

You may be confusing two separate kinds of reactions that don't have identical time scales. When NaOH reacts with stearic acid, what is the nature of the chemistry that is happening?
