need help about Digallium tritelluride
« on: November 03, 2015, 10:23:52 PM »
Hi everyone. My professor has assigned us organometallic models and we are to make a model about 4-8 unit cells. I was assigned digallium tritelluride and I am having troubles looking for its bond angles and I can't seem to find a 3d model of this compound. I'M currently looking for a .cif file of it and i have failed, so far. Can any of you help me look for the following:

-(_ , _) coordination
- no. of ions in a unit cell (specifically body, face, edge, corner)
-formula and stoichiometric formula
-bond length and bond angles
-working 3D model

i'm basically asking you guys to do the assignment but I'll take any help I can get now. Thanks! :)
