Hello!
The other day, my class did a lab. We found the standard curve (concentration vs. absorbance) of a food dye. I have to determine the concentration of the dye in another solution. The other solution had an absorbance of 0.349.
When I graphed my standard curve, the equation is in the form y = mx. (m is a constant)
How do I find the concentration using spectrophotometric analysis?
