Measuring the amount of sulfur dioxide in white wine
« on: November 16, 2015, 03:06:49 PM »
Good day.
I need to measure the amount of sulfur dioxide in white wine as a part of my project using the Ripper method.
I will read off the volume when the titration is at the end point(turns blue).
But I don't know the formula of converting it into ppm.
Please help?:s

Hint: result of every titration can be calculated following the stoichiometry of the underlying reaction to calculate amount of the substance in the sample.
