hi guys, I want to extract a pig’s valve endothelial cells, but failed, so how to achieve the separation and extraction? Thanks very much.

Okay ... so ... what method did you use, and what went wrong? We need some context to gauge your level of expertise. Your application would also help -- just the endothelial cells, from only a valve? How specific do you need it to be?
