I'm just wondering can melted active metals give reaction with H2O?

Hard to know exactly what you me here. Maybe you should define 'active metals' for us, and we'll use you definition in this thread.

Na and Li will react rather vigorously with water when they are solids (i.e. cold).

Li will quite happily 'burn' if you just expose it to air.

Try heating either metal and they will react with the oxygen/water in the air before they get anywhere near water.

As was said, these metals react vigorously with water when cold, generating heat. Getting reactants of an exothermic reaction hot first only make there be more excess heat.

What other option is plausible?  Did you expect the liquid active metal to be immune to water?
